As part of our community, you can get involved:
We have a large and inclusive ‘virtual’ patient participation group. Any patient who has an email address can be part of this group – please ask at reception if you would like to join. This group have supported the Practice and the local CCG with completing questionnaires on feedback and service developments. If we require input and ideas on a specific topic or area, the group could be filtered to provide a smaller focus group perhaps targeting a specific age range or clinical condition as required.
If you do not have an email address, but would like to be involved – please just let reception know and we will add you to our postal mailing list.
