Thank you to all patients who responded to our recent survey sent out to those who had used our new triage system to obtain advice from a clinician.

The results from this survey (6 months after implementation of the new system) showed very positive feedback relating to ease of use and practice response time. Over 58% of patients were satisfied/very satisfied with the new system.

You Said, We Did

Feedback enables us to make changes to our current systems to ensure what we’re implementing as a practice is positive for patients. We have decided following this feedback that from 1st June 2026 we will introduce more ‘triage’ appointments and capacity. This will hopefully help more and more patients obtain an appointment in an appropriate time frame and with the most suitable clinician, reducing call queues and the need to ring at 8am for appointments.

We will be looking to seek further feedback from patients in the form of a survey again, to help shape further changes to the system.
